Cancellation Policy
Regal Pineapple Hospitality Co. – Yacht Cruise Experience Terms & Conditions Regal Pineapple Hospitality Co. (“RPH”) provides full-service yacht cruise coordination including hospitality staff, live entertainment, catering, and bar service. Yacht operations and navigation are managed by licensed third-party partners who meet our safety and service standards. RPH oversees guest experience, coordination, and event execution onboard. Bookings & Payments: A 50% deposit is required to secure your cruise; the balance is due 10 business days before the event. Full payment is required for bookings within 14 days. Accepted payments include card, bank transfer, or approved digital method. Reservations are confirmed only after payment and signed agreement. Guests & Customization: Cruises accommodate up to 15 guests. Final guest count and details must be confirmed 7 days before the event. Custom décor, music, and add-ons must be pre-approved by RPH. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. One reschedule may be permitted (subject to availability) with a 25% rescheduling fee. If weather or safety conditions prevent sailing, the cruise will be postponed at no additional cost within 6 months of the original date. Cancellation Protection Fee: A $50 protection fee is added to all bookings, allowing a one-time cancellation or reschedule up to 48 hours prior and waives additional fees. If unused, it is applied as a gratuity unless otherwise requested within two business days. Alcohol & Conduct: Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Outside beverages require written approval. RPH reserves the right to deny service or remove guests for unsafe or inappropriate behavior. Safety & Liability: Guests must follow all captain and staff instructions. RPH is not liable for injuries, damages, or delays beyond its control. Clients agree to indemnify and hold RPH harmless from claims arising from negligence, misconduct, or noncompliance. Media Release: Guests may be photographed or filmed during the event for promotional use unless a written request for exclusion is submitted before the event. Force Majeure: RPH is not responsible for failure to perform due to weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond control. By booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
