Our Island Proposals require at least a 72 hour in advance booking time. A 50% deposit is required to proceed with your confirmation call. The Island Proposal Experience isn’t just a moment — it’s the beginning of forever, designed with hospitality, beauty, and romance at its core. Cancellation/Weather Protection ($50) - REQUIRED This protection takes place of your cancellation fee or an indoor venue option when there is inclement weather free of charge. If this protection is not used, it will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Island Proposal Experience Policy Cancellation & Reschedule: If your Island Proposal Experience is cancelled, you have 7 days from the date of cancellation to reschedule within 12 months of your original booking. Rescheduled experiences are subject to a 30% rescheduling fee of the original package price. Inclement Weather: Because this is a water-based experience, weather conditions play an important role in safety and presentation. If the forecast predicts more than a 30% chance of rain or unsafe lake conditions, you will be notified and given the option to reschedule within 7 days at no additional fee. After this 7-day window, a 30% rescheduling fee of the original package price will apply. Your experience must be rescheduled within 12 months of your original date. Late Arrival: Guests have a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled departure time to arrive at the dock. After the grace period, if no communication has been received, the experience will be cancelled and ineligible for rescheduling or refund. Cancellation/Weather Protection – $50 (Required): A non-refundable protection fee is included with every booking. This protection covers: Waiver of the 30% rescheduling fee in the event of cancellation only 48 hours or more prior to the event. Complimentary indoor venue option or flexible rescheduling at no extra cost in the event of inclement weather. If the protection is not utilized, it will be refunded within 3–5 business days following your experience date or applied as a tip by default.
