Service Description

Indulge in a luxurious and romantic experience with our Elegant Picnic Date service. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion like a romantic evening, a proposal, or a birthday, our upscale picnic setting offers a perfect backdrop. Complete with gourmet catering, beverages, and customized enhancements such as live instrumentalists, balloons, marquee letters, and giant games, this experience is tailored to create magical moments that will be cherished forever. Our Elegant Picnic services require at least a 72 hour in advance booking time. A 50% deposit of our base price is required to proceed with your consultation/confirmation call and where you can add on your enhancements. Modern Set-Up Includes: decorated teepee, picnic blanket, seating cushions, ground level picnic table, plates, plastic utensils, cups, water pitcher, beverage chiller, silk or fresh flowers, and other decorations related to your selected occasion. Catering options will be discussed upon the booking request being received (Priced Separately). Cancellation/Weather Protection ($50) - REQUIRED This protection takes place of your cancellation fee or an indoor venue option when there is inclement weather free of charge. If this protection is not used, it will be refunded within 3-5 business days.


Cancellation Policy

Regal Pineapple Hospitality Co. (RPH) maintains the highest standards of professionalism and preparation for every event. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit, with remaining balances due by the stated deadline. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to full payment, as vendor commitments and preparations will have been made. A $50 Cancellation/Weather Protection Fee is included in all event invoices, allowing one (1) reschedule or weather-related adjustment up to 48 hours before your event. If unused, it will be refunded or applied as a gratuity within 3–5 business days after the event. Reschedules must occur within 12 months of the original date and are subject to vendor availability.
