Service Description
Immerse yourself in a bespoke outdoor dining experience with our Elegant Picnic Custom Experience. Perfect for group gatherings, this service offers a personalized picnic setting tailored to your group's preferences. Whether you're celebrating a milestone, hosting a gathering of friends, or simply looking for a unique outdoor dining experience, our upscale picnic setting provides the perfect backdrop. Complete with gourmet catering, beverages, and customized enhancements such as live instrumentalists, balloons, marquee letters, and giant games, this tailored experience promises to create unforgettable moments that will be cherished by all. Our Elegant Picnic services require at least a 72 hour in advance booking time. A 50% deposit of our base price is required to proceed with your consultation/confirmation call and where you can add on your enhancements. Modern Elegant Picnic: This includes the picnic blanket, seating cushions, ground level picnic table, charger plates, plates, plastic utensils, napkins, cups, water pitcher, beverage chiller, silk or fresh flowers (must be added on), teepee, and other decorations related to your selected occasion. Starting Price: $250 for 3-5 Guests Enhancements: 1-Hour Painting Session for 2 ($150) 11x14 Canvas Outline ($25) Live Musician (Starting at $350): Cello, Saxophone, Piano, Violin, Guitar, Drums Live Singer (Starting at $250) Sound Therapy (Starting at $150) 1-Hour Photo Session ($150) Giant Game of Choice ($50) Jenga 4 In A Row Checkers Tik-Tak-Toe Uno Balloon Garland (Starting at $200) We will work with our balloon partner to have a custom balloon garland designed to match your occasion with 2-3 colors of your choice. Custom Cake (Price Varies) We will work with our cake partner to have a custom cake designed for you that serves 4-6 guests. One bouquet of fresh flowers presented in a vase. Fresh Flowers (Daisies) (+$85.00) Fresh Flowers (Roses) (+$115.00) Fresh Flowers (Tulips) (+$85.00) Fresh Flowers (Sunflowers) (+$85.00) Fresh Flowers (Random Bunch) (+$100.00) Cancellation/Weather Protection ($50) - REQUIRED This protection takes place of your cancellation fee or an indoor venue option when there is inclement weather free of charge. If this protection is not used, it will be refunded within 3-5 business days after your Elegant Picnic.






Cancellation Policy
Regal Pineapple Hospitality Co. (RPH) maintains the highest standards of professionalism and preparation for every event. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit, with remaining balances due by the stated deadline. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to full payment, as vendor commitments and preparations will have been made. A $50 Cancellation/Weather Protection Fee is included in all event invoices, allowing one (1) reschedule or weather-related adjustment up to 48 hours before your event. If unused, it will be refunded or applied as a gratuity within 3–5 business days after the event. Reschedules must occur within 12 months of the original date and are subject to vendor availability.
