When do I pay for my Elegant Picnic?
Your Elegant Picnic payment is requested for a 50% down payment upon receiving your confirmation. The remaining balance is due 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled Elegant Picnic. Failure to submit remaining balance will result in your Elegant Picnic being cancelled.
How do I pay for my Elegant Picnic?
An invoice will be sent after your booking request is received. Our current payment methods are Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Credit/Debit Card.
What precautions are being taken with COVID-19?
Your Elegant Picnic is set up socially distanced from people nearby. Your server is required to wear a mask at all times. Your food and drinks are served using gloves at all times.
How are things remaining clean with COVID-19?
All equipment used for your Elegant Picnic are cleaned and sanitized after each Elegant Picnic use.
Where does my Elegant Picnic take place?
Your Elegant Picnic takes place at your selected park or private location.
What happens if I show up late?
You have a 15min grace period to show up for your Elegant Picnic. After your grace period has passed and there was no communication of late arrival your Elegant Picnic will be cancelled.
What happened if I show up early?
If you show up early to your Elegant Picnic, please notify us and we will strive to have your Elegant Picnic ready as close to your scheduled time as possible.
What happens if my Elegant Picnic is cancelled?
If your Elegant Picnic is cancelled, you have 7 days from your cancelled Elegant Picnic to have the option reschedule. If you choose to reschedule, there will be a 50% fee of the total cost of your cancelled Elegant Picnic.
When will I know the specific location of my Elegant Picnic?
The specific location of your Elegant Picnic will be sent 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled Elegant Picnic time.
How long does my Elegant Picnic last?
Your Elegant Picnic lasts however long you scheduled it to be upon booking your Elegant Picnic. You will have a 15min grace period after your allotted time is reached, if you are not ready.
Do I have to clean up my Elegant Picnic?
No. You do not have to clean up your Elegant Picnic. Your server will take care of everything upon their arrival. You are responsible for all equipment until your server arrives.
Can I leave prior to my scheduled ending time?
Yes. You may leave prior to scheduled ending time, but you must notify us at least 15min in advance. You are responsible for all equipment until your server arrives.
What happens if I damage any Elegant Picnic equipment?
If any Elegant Picnic equipment is damaged, there will be a damage fee starting at $25.00.
What happens if rain is to be expected?
If the weather forecast predicts more than a 30% chance of rain, you have 4 hours prior to your scheduled Elegant Picnic to have the option of rescheduling your Elegant Picnic. Your Elegant Picnic must be rescheduled within 7 days of your original Elegant Picnic.
Who is the food catered by?
All of the food provided for your Elegant Picnic is catered by Zay’s Signature Creations.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Maybe. It will depend on the park location chosen upon booking. We recommend being prepared to pay for parking with cash or card.

Your Private Dining is priced depending on the catering options chosen, number of guests, full experience set-up, service fees, and travel fees.

All payments made for Private Dining are non-refundable (unless the deposit has not reached 48 hours).

Where do I pick up my Catering Only?
Your Catering Only may be picked up at our location located in The Woodlands, TX. The exact address will be sent upon booking confirmation.
How far can my catering be delivered?
Your catering can be delivered within 45 miles. We also travel nationwide for on-site cooking.
How far can my Private Dining - Full Experience take place?
Your Private Dining can take place anywhere within the United States.
How are travel fees outside of the Houston area priced?
Travel fees are calculated based upon car mileage and/or air travel to and from chosen destination.
What happens if I show up late for my Catering Only pick up?
You will have a 15 minute grace period after your allotted time to arrive for your pick-up. After your grace period has passed and there was no communication of late arrival, your Catering order will be cancelled, non-eligible for rescheduling, and non-refundable.
What happens if I cancel my Private Dining?
If you need to cancel your Private Dining, you will be eligible for rescheduling up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled time of pick-up or delivery (for travels outside of Texas, you have up until 72 hours prior). Your order must be rescheduled within 12 months of your original date for an additional 30% fee of your original total.
