Your Elegant Picnic payment is requested for a 50% down payment upon receiving your confirmation. The remaining balance is due 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled Elegant Picnic. Failure to submit remaining balance will result in your Elegant Picnic being cancelled.
An invoice will be sent after your booking request is received. Our current payment methods are Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Credit/Debit Card.
We are commited to safety. Our delivery team is required to wear a mask at all times.
All Bookie's Brookies orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
All Bookie's Brookies deliveries must be within 35 miles of The Woodlands, Texas.
You will have a 15 minute grace period after your allotted time to arrive for your pick-up or delivery. After your grace period has passed and there was no communication of late arrival, your Bookie's Brookies order will be cancelled, non-eligible for rescheduling, and non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your Bookie's Brookies order, you will be eligible for rescheduling up until 4 hours prior to your scheduled time of pick-up or delivery. Your order must be rescheduled within 7 days of your original date for no additional fee.

Your Private Dining deposit is due upon submitting your booking request. The remaining balance is due 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled Private Dining. Failure to submit remaining balance will result in your Private Dining being cancelled.
An invoice will be sent after your booking request is received. Our current payment methods are Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Credit/Debit Card.
Your Private Dining is priced depending on the catering options chosen, number of guests, full experience set-up, service fees, and travel fees.
All payments made for Private Dining are non-refundable (unless the deposit has not reached 48 hours).

Your Catering Only may be picked up at our location located in The Woodlands, TX. The exact address will be sent upon booking confirmation.
Your catering can be delivered within 45 miles. We also travel nationwide for on-site cooking.
Your Private Dining can take place anywhere within the United States.
Travel fees are calculated based upon car mileage and/or air travel to and from chosen destination.
You will have a 15 minute grace period after your allotted time to arrive for your pick-up. After your grace period has passed and there was no communication of late arrival, your Catering order will be cancelled, non-eligible for rescheduling, and non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your Private Dining, you will be eligible for rescheduling up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled time of pick-up or delivery (for travels outside of Texas, you have up until 72 hours prior). Your order must be rescheduled within 12 months of your original date for an additional 30% fee of your original total.
All of the food provided for your Elegant Picnic is catered by Zay’s Signature Creations.
