Indulge in a luxury picnic experience for Mother's Day
Service Description
This Elegant Picnic service requires at least a 72 hour in advance booking time. A 50% deposit is due within 24 hours of your invoice being issued. Our limited time Mother’s Day Elegant Picnic Special provides the full Elegant Picnic experience with a modern set-up for 2 (or more). This package also includes the following: Tea of Choice 1/2 Dozen Bookie's Brookies 1 Dozen of Macaroons 1 Hour Painting Session 1 Hour Photo Session Add-On Available A Trip to Alice in Wonderland This includes your picnic being set-up prior to your scheduled time. Upon your arrival, your server will be present for 5-10 minutes to take pictures (with consent) and fulfill any further needs. Once the server is gone, you will be responsible for all equipment. Your server will stay nearby your location in case you are in need of anything and will return at your scheduled ending time (or earlier, if notified). If you are not ready upon the server's arrival, the server will allow a 15 minute grace period then begin to break down/clean up your Elegant Picnic. Modern Elegant Picnic: This includes the picnic blanket, seating cushions, ground level picnic table, charger plates, plates, plastic utensils, napkins, cups, silk or fresh flowers (must be added on), teepee, and other decorations related to your selected occasion. ($75.00 per additional guest) Food Upgrades: Charcuterie Board ($18/guest) Sub Sandwiches ($12/guest) Set-Up Add Ons : 11x14 Canvas Outline ($25) 1-Hour Cello Playing ($350) 1-Hour Photo Session ($200) Giant Game of Choice ($50) Jenga 4 In A Row Checkers Tik-Tak-Toe Uno Balloon Garland (Price Varies) We will work with our balloon partner to have a custom balloon garland designed to match your occasion with 2-3 colors of your choice. Custom Cake (Price Varies) We will work with our cake partner to have a custom cake designed for you that serves 4-6 guests. One bouquet of fresh flowers presented in a vase, and available to take home in our floral to-go bags with flower food. Cancellation Policy
Regal Pineapple Hospitality Co. (RPH) maintains the highest standards of professionalism and preparation for every event. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit, with remaining balances due by the stated deadline. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to full payment, as vendor commitments and preparations will have been made. A $50 Cancellation/Weather Protection Fee is included in all event invoices, allowing one (1) reschedule or weather-related adjustment up to 48 hours before your event. If unused, it will be refunded or applied as a gratuity within 3–5 business days after the event. Reschedules must occur within 12 months of the original date and are subject to vendor availability.
