Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to add a touch of romance to your getaway, our Romantic Room Set-Ups are designed to create unforgettable moments of love and connection. Our Hotel Room Set-Up services require at least a 72 hour in advance booking time. Basic Style: Includes a set-up on the bed only with silk rose petals, roses, balloons & giant marquee letters. ($455) Luxury Style: Includes the entire main room with with everything included in the Basic Style along with LED candles, a champagne bucket, a bottle of champagne, 2 champagne glasses, and chocolate covered strawberries. ($555) Elite Style: Includes everything included in the Luxury Style along extended to the bathroom or jacuzzi area as well with a bubble bath, Bluetooth speaker, and a printed 16x20 photo board - Also includes upgraded fresh rose petals. Cancellation Policy

Regal Pineapple Hospitality Co. (RPH) maintains the highest standards of professionalism and preparation for every event. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit, with remaining balances due by the stated deadline. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to full payment, as vendor commitments and preparations will have been made. A $50 Cancellation/Weather Protection Fee is included in all event invoices, allowing one (1) reschedule or weather-related adjustment up to 48 hours before your event. If unused, it will be refunded or applied as a gratuity within 3–5 business days after the event. Reschedules must occur within 12 months of the original date and are subject to vendor availability.
